Rescue Remix and FakeRaid

Does Ubuntu Rescue Remix support FakeRaid (software raid) arrays? I have a Terabyte mirrored array that I'd like to use as a target drive with ddrescue. Currently, I use dmraid on my Ubuntu Intrepid setup to mount the array. Will I be able to mount the raid array with the Rescue LiveCD?

Yes.

But if you already have a running ubuntu desktop, you can just install the ubuntu-rescue-remix-tools metapackage and run your recovery from that.

To do so, add the following archive to your software channels:

deb http://ppa.launchpad.net/arzajac/ppa/ubuntu jaunty main
