Install URR permanetly on dedicated machine

HY !
It's seem that most users prefered to boot on live cd.
I would preferre to install on a dedicated machine.

Is there any script to install URR on a hd ?

If no, does an install script have any interest for the community ?

And... good works guys !

Here are my thoughts on

Here are my thoughts on this:

I carry around a cd with the Rescue-Remix on it as well as a USB drive with the Ubuntu Desktop and persistent home. I install the ubuntu-rescue-remix-tools metapackage on the USB drive and use it for most of my data recovery tasks done of other computers. On a system that is too old or underpowered for the whole desktop, I just use the CD with the console version on it.

I have a few machines which are dedicated for data recovery and they all have the desktop version of Ubuntu with the rescue-remix metapackage installed. I don't own a machine on which I would need to just install the console version. The fact that the remix tools run on a machine which is running a full desktop does not get in the way of data recovery - even if I do all those tasks via the command line (remotely, using ssh and screen, actually). It's just so quick and easy to install that way and the console-only (live CD) version is suited for only a small number of tasks, is there really a need for this?

So that's why I haven't done that.

But, if I were to include an installer on the live cd, it would have to use Ubiquity since I do not want to reinvent the wheel. As far as I know, there is no console-only version of Ubiquity.

Thanks for the fast answers.
