I have deleted a bunch of mp3 files that I would like to recover from an ext3 partition. I have a few questions:

1. Is there a tool I can use that will recover the files including files names?

2. If 1. is not possible is there a tool that can be configured to only recover files from a specified deleted folder?

3. I know roughly when the files were deleted (2 days ago) can i specify only to recover files deleted between certain dates?

I used ubuntu as my OS
