The cheat sheet contains helpful examples of how to use the data recovery software. It is found in /root/CheatSheet.txt and can be viewed by running:
cat /root/CheatSheet.txt | less

Midnight Commander

Midnight Commander is an excellent file manager as well as FTP client. Press F9 to get into the menu. F10 to exit. F3 to view a file or F4 to edit a file.

Burning cd with cdw

You can use cdw to burn your recovered files to cd.
